- How and when did you start running?
I have begun at 12 years following my brother Roland.

- Why athletics and not other sport?
I always like to run, I was used to train with a group of 12 girls and it was a way to spend my spare time, but I would not have never thought that this would have become my profession.

-How is the realationship with your trainer Ruggero Grassi?
My relationship with him is optimal and I must recognise to him merit of my successes.

- Where do you train habitually? We know that you have 2 greaterbrothers that also are strong athletes… Are they your companions of training?
I train myself mostly in two places: to Casateia where I often train myself alone and to Vipiteno I train with the other athletes that Ruggero follows, between which: Agnes Tschurtschenthaler, Micaela Bonessi, Christian Obrist, Markus Ploner and other young athletes.
My brohters work, therefore they cannot train regularly, but from time to time we make some running together.

- Which is your week type of training? How many training per week and kilometers do you cover in average?
My week type previews 11 training; and the varied mileage according to the period, from 120 to 140

- Than distance you feel particularly yours?
3.000m and the 5.000m.

- Which are the jobs that you prefer? And those that you do not appreciate particularly?
The jobs that I prefer are circuit training ones and the progressive speed trainings, those that I do not appreciate are fast track repetitions inferior to 400m.

- Which is the type of contest that you prefer, Track, road or cross? Whichs given to you and gives the greater satisfactions?
I prefer the contests in track, at whinter I make cross country as a training: on road I make only two or three races per year.
When I am in shape I prefer the contests in track, placing is not watched, time only is important..

- What does running to you?
Considering that for the great part of my training I run on paths between green grass and woods, it gives a great sense of freedom and serenity

- Tells to us your day type.
In the morning I always raise at 7,30 and I make breakfast, towards 10 I make my first training, I return homeand often I prepare the lunch. Then I rest some hour according for second training, than normally I make towards 17.
A pair of times per week, together with Ruggero we train a group composed from twenty or so girls/boys, among whom we have characterized some promising elements….

- Is there a race remembered with particular satisfaction?
One between the many contests is the 3.000m indoor to Madrid.

- Wich athlete do you admire most?
I admire all the honest athletes who with their sacrifices have caught great results.

- In which type of contest you think of being able to obtain the greater improvements?
In the 5.000m and the 10.000m

-Do you have some hobbies?
Cooking and watching some beautiful films on the tv or at the cinema.

- Which are yours objectives for the 2007?
The 3.000m at the European indoor of Birmingham, 10.000m of the Eurochallenge of Ferrara and the world half marathon championships in Udine.
